Fund Tennessee is proud to offer aspiring and active investors across the state a unique opportunity to participate in the Tri-Star Angels Program (TAP)—a hands-on learning experience powered by Angel University, the premier education program from the Angel Capital Association (ACA).
Through TAP, participants gain insider knowledge from experienced angel investors and subject matter experts. This program delivers cutting-edge insights, practical tips, and lessons learned to equip you with the tools to make smart, early-stage investments and support local founders.
TAP partners with Entrepreneur Centers (ECs), coworking spaces, and economic development organizations (EDOs) to align the needs of angel investors, entrepreneurs, and the broader startup ecosystem.

Eligibility To participate, applicants must:
✔ Reside in Tennessee
✔ Apply for acceptance into a TAP training cohort
✔ Identify as a current or aspiring small business owner, entrepreneur, or investor (including SEDI/VSB businesses)
✔ Commit to completing required ACA courses
