Named after Luis Villalobos, founder of TCA Venture Group (formerly the Tech Coast Angels), this award honors his legacy of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Each year, two category winners are chosen to attend the ACA Summit, where they are recognized as leaders in innovation. The award is presented to the CEOs of the winning companies during the ACA’s annual awards ceremony.
