Join Angel Investor Foundation’s mission to accelerate angel investing – the fuel that powers entrepreneurs. The Angel Investor Foundation is the Angel Capital Association’s charitable, 501c3 subsidiary created to expand impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Donations will fuel the growth of entrepreneurship, investment, and jobs by:

  • Funding new and existing targeted programs for underserved and underrepresented communities to expand both investments and business support 
  • Improving educational programs and data analysis for angels and entrepreneurs to enable better investment and improved returns
  • Strengthening syndication networks and deal flow to increase investments in early-stage companies
  • Enhancing infrastructure to support increased early-stage investment

What is the Angel Investor Foundation?

The Angel Investor Foundation (AIF) is the 501(c)3 subsidiary of the Angel Capital Association and its stated mission to advance the art and science of angel investing to accelerate innovation and economic growth. AIF serves aspiring entrepreneurs and anyone interested in angel investing whose purpose is to increase and diversify our economic ecosystem and to help bridge systemic wealth gaps. AIF’s programs that support these efforts include education, syndication and industry research. EST. 2020. EIN 86-1212274.

Funds will be used for direct program costs, personnel, and technology and allocated across data/syndication, educational programs and smart practices, member engagement, and public policy. Full details are described in the campaign’s case for support.
