Due Diligence Workshop

Learn about the essentials of due diligence, including forming an effective team, the key components to evaluating deals, how to dig into the deal, spotting deal killers, and the process of completing tasks. 

 

Why do you need ACA Angel University? Simply to get your group administrators and officers up to speed and ready for their next deal as an investor. All courses are taught virtually by experienced angels who are subject matter experts in the topic they teach.  The program is built to deliver cutting-edge insights, practical tips and lessons learned for early-stage investors. What you will receive at a virtual workshop:

• Experienced instructor for the course
• Live Q&A sessions built into the course. We encourage your group leaders or subject matter experts to be involved in the Q&A sessions. This of course should be coordinated with the instructor ahead of time
• Relevant learning materials for each participant
• ACA will provide a registration link for all attendees
• ACA managed technology during the live event
• Coordination of logistics with instructor and attendees
• An archive video recording of the event, which will be available for 30 days
• Ongoing customer service and support for host and attendees

 

Workshops does not include:

• Marketing initiatives to drive attendance
• Moderator to open the program and facilitate Q&A

 

ACA Angel University is pleased to offer a turn-key discounted workshop options geared to our ACA member’s needs. All groups are encouraged to find unique ways of funding these workshops as needed. You can share the cost with the attendees or perhaps connect with a local sponsor.
